- Create your account at the top right of the website on the “MyAccount", it’s that easy! Then, please wait for some time while we check the accuracy of the information you have provided, before we can confirm your account.
2. I am new customer site and I just created my account,but I still do not have my account validation answer?
- You have just registered on our site, our Site Administrator service is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information provided by you within 24 hours. Please be patient, as you will receive an email notifying you of “acceptance” or “rejection” of your access to our site.
3. I signed up for over 24 hours, my account is still not validated and I still have not received a confirmation email?

- The right to use of our pictures is very limited, for copyright issues and to safeguard our brand image, also to protect the Visual Identity of our brand, we prefer that our customers photographs the products by their own means.

PRODUCT AND MANUFACTURING INFORMATION:
1. Where are your products? It is important for us to know the origin of products for reasons of customs charge.
Our products are mainly manufactured in Asia, where our factory is located. We are also at the creation headquarters of all Lingerie Land creations, with a team of designers and stylist based in France. Lingerie Land products are of our own design, which allows us to control the complete chain of our production, from the creation through manufacturingand sales.
